OUR NEW BABYCLON POINTS PROGRAM.
We are pleased to introduce you to the Babyclon points program, an initiative designed to reward your loyalty and thank you for your trust in our brand. From now on, every time you make a purchase with us, you will accumulate points that you can redeem for a variety of incredible benefits and rewards
How do Babyclon points work?
For every purchase you make at Babyclon, you will receive points based on the value of the products purchased. As you accumulate points, you’ll be able to redeem them for a whole host of exclusive benefits, including:
1. Discounts: Redeem your points for special discounts on your future purchases.
2. Free extras: Use your points to get free extras.
3. Materials: Redeem points for exclusive materials for your creations.
4. Free babies: If you accumulate enough points, you can even redeem them for a free Babyclon® baby.
To participate in the Babyclon points program, all you have to do is place an order. Every time you purchase one of our products, you will automatically receive points that will be added to your customer account. You can check your points balance and redeem them for the rewards of your choice at any time.
Terms and Conditions
– For every 20€ / 24 USD you accumulate 1 point.
– Shipping costs are to be paid by the customer
– The accumulation of points will only be applicable to orders placed from April 2023 and indefinitely. We deeply appreciate the loyalty of our decade-long customers and their ex- tensive Babyclon® sculpture collections, but due to the nature of this new initiative, we are unable to include previous orders.
– Prizes and point amounts cannot be changed.
– Points earned on a purchase/order are not redeemable on the order itself. They can be redeemed in the next order.
– The points have no expiration date. You can accumulate them until you get the gift you want without fear that the promotion will end.
– Points cannot be accumulated with other promotions.

Last Monday, May 8, 2023, we made the first live of the series “REBORN TALKS: The art of giving life”. Direct that we will communicate with different artists, collectors and professionals of the reborn world every two weeks, Among them, the first group of guests was the “Panda Family”, which obtained 100 points, thanks to a very interesting game and the help of people who participated in the live.
And now we want to reward all the people who share the first session through Facebook and Instagram. I leave here the bases of the draw and I take this opportunity to recommend that you see the live shows because they are very different sessions from what we usually see, they are very personal interviews with many surprises.

LEGAL BASES FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE PROMOTION
1.- COMPANY ORGANISING THE PROMOTION
The company CLONFACTORY S.L.U with registered office at calle General Prim, 7, 43580, Deltebre, Spain and identification number B95831988 through its registered trademark BABYCLON® organises for promotional purposes the prize draw (hereinafter, “the Promotion”) at national and international level, to be held over the Internet, exclusively for users of legal age in accordance with the provisions of the section on conditions for participation.
2.-START DATE AND END DATE
The Promotion will begin on 08/05/2023, and will end on 21/05/2023 at 12:59h. Any participation outside this date will be excluded.
3.- PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS AND MECHANICS OF THE PROMOTION
The participation requirements for Facebook are as follows:
– All persons over 18 years of age will be eligible to participate.
– Only participants who have a Facebook account and follow the Babyclon® Facebook page will be able to participate.
– Participants may only participate with a single Facebook profile. If a Participant is found to be participating with multiple Facebook profiles, they will be disqualified.
– Participants must comment on the Babyclon® brand publication on the Facebook social network by tagging [3 friends] during the participation period.
– The application will not accumulate mentions of the same Participant even if they are in different comments, the more mentions, the more chances to win.
– Participants must like the Babyclon® brand’s Facebook post.
– Participants must share the Babyclon® brand post on their profile.
The participation requirements for Instagram will be as follows:
– Those over the age of 18 are eligible to participate.
– Only participants who have an Instagram account and follow the Babyclon® page on Instagram are eligible to participate.
– Participants may only participate with a single Instagram profile. If a Participant is found to be participating with multiple Instagram profiles they will be disqualified.
– Participants must comment on the Babyclon® brand publication on the Instagram social network by tagging [3 friends] during the participation period.
– The application will not accumulate mentions of the same Participant even if they are in different comments, the more mentions, the more chances to win.
– Participants must like the Babyclon® brand’s Instagram post.
– Participants must share the Babyclon® brand publication on their Instagram stories tagging @babyclon_oficial.
4.- CONDITIONS OF THE PROMOTION AND PRIZES
1 winner will be chosen through an online platform at random. The winners will be notified on March 03, 2023 through the brand’s social profiles, along with the certificate of validity of the draw.
The prize will consist of 100 points from the new points program on the customer card. If there is no customer card, a new one will be created.
The holding of the draw and the awarding of the prize are subject to the tax regulations in force.
5.- LIMITATIONS
If it becomes evident that any of the participants do not comply with the requirements demanded in the Bases, or the data provided to participate are not valid, their participation will be considered null and void and they will be automatically excluded from the Promotion, losing all rights to the prizes awarded by virtue of this Promotion.
The following persons may not participate in the Promotion: (i) Employees employed by any of the companies and other entities with legal personality linked to CLONFACTORY S.L.U (ii) Natural persons who participate directly or indirectly in the capital of CLONFACTORY S.L.U(iii) Any other natural person who has participated directly or indirectly in the organisation of this Competition or has been directly or indirectly involved in its preparation or development (agency, suppliers, etc.).
The prize awarded will not be transferable or subject to change, alteration or compensation at the request of the Participants, and may not be exchanged for any other product or money.
CLONFACTORY S.L.U. reserves the right, in the event of just cause and prior legal notice, to make any changes, suspend or extend this Promotion.
The winner will be responsible for any fiscal or tax charges that the acceptance of the prize may entail, as well as any other expenses arising from the promotion that are not expressly assumed by CLONFACTORY S.L.U. in these Legal Bases.
A period of FIFTEEN (15) calendar days is established from the date of the awarding of the prize, in order to make any justified claim. CLONFACTORY S.L.Use reserves the right, if necessary, to substitute the prize for another of similar characteristics.
6.- PUBLICATION OF COMMENTS OR OPINIONS
Comments or opinions whose content is considered inappropriate, offensive, insulting or discriminatory or which could infringe the rights of third parties will not be allowed. Comments against an individual that violate the principles of the right to honour, personal and family privacy and the right to one’s own image will not be allowed. We shall not be held responsible for any damage caused by the comments made by participants in the Promotion, which may at any time offend the sensibilities of other participants.
The participation in this Promotion, as well as the publication of the comments made by the Participants in the publications may not violate under any circumstances the Instagram and Facebook Community Rules or the Instagram Terms of Use. And Facebook
7.- DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY
By way of example, but not limitation, we are not responsible for possible losses, theft, delays or any other circumstance attributable to third parties that may affect the development of this Promotion, nor are we responsible for the use made by the participant with respect to the prize obtained from this Promotion, and we do not assume any responsibility for any damage or harm of any kind that the Participants, winner or third parties may suffer.
We do not assume responsibility in cases of force majeure or fortuitous event that could prevent the Promotion from taking place or the total or partial enjoyment of the prize. In the event that this Promotion cannot be carried out, either due to fraud detected in the same, technical errors, or any other reason that is not under the control of CLONFACTORY S.L.U. and that affects the normal running of the Competition, we reserve the right to cancel, modify or suspend the same, including the participation website.
8.- FACEBOOK/INSTAGRAM
The promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated in any way with Facebook/Instagram and Participants release Facebook from all liability for any damages arising therefrom.
9.- PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
The company responsible for the processing of your data is CLONFACTORY S.L.U, with registered office at Calle General Prim, 7, 43580, Deltebre, Spain and identification number B95831988.
CLONFACTORY S.L.U takes the protection of your privacy and your personal data very seriously. Therefore, your personal information is kept securely and treated with the utmost care.
In accordance with the provisions of the applicable regulations on data protection, and specifically Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, each Participant, by accepting these Legal Bases consents to the personal data provided for participation in this competition being incorporated into a file owned by CLONFACTORY S. L.U. in order to process the participation in the competition and to communicate the prize in the event of being the Winner.
We inform you that your personal contact details will be used for the following purposes:
Participants guarantee that the personal data provided are truthful and are responsible for communicating to CLONFACTORY S.L.U, any changes thereto. CLONFACTORY S.L.U. reserves the right to exclude from this promotion any Participant who has provided false information. CLONFACTORY S.L.U. cannot be held responsible for any unlawful theft, modification or loss of data.
Participants have the right to (i) access their personal data, as well as (ii) request the rectification of inaccurate data or, where appropriate, request its deletion, (iii) request the limitation of the processing of their data, (iv) oppose the processing of their data and (v) request its portability. Participants may exercise all these rights at the following email address babyclon@clonfactory.es indicating the reason for their request.

Without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial remedy, the Participant shall have the right to lodge a complaint with a Supervisory Authority, in particular in the Member State in which he/she has his/her habitual residence, place of work or place of the alleged infringement, in the event that he/she considers that the processing of his/her personal data is not lawful, as well as in the event that the exercise of his/her rights is not satisfied.
The Supervisory Authority with which the complaint has been lodged will inform the complainant of the course and outcome of the complaint.
10.- CHANGES
We reserve the right to modify or extend these promotional terms and conditions, to the extent that it does not prejudice or undermine the rights of the participants in the Promotion.
11.- APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These legal bases shall be governed in accordance with Spanish law. The courts and tribunals of the city of Tortosa (Tarragona) shall have jurisdiction to settle any claim or dispute that may arise in relation to the validity, interpretation or fulfilment of these terms and conditions.
